1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the as126 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must cease using the platform immediately.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on as126. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. as126 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in your account being suspended until the process is completed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. as126 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact customer support immediately.

3. Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the as126 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods including DuitNow, local bank transfers, and supported e-wallets. as126 does not accept payments in foreign currencies.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. These limits are subject to change and users will be notified via the payments section in their account. All successful deposits are credited to the user's account immediately, subject to any required verification.

Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once all identity verification requirements and turnover conditions (where applicable to a promotion) have been satisfied. as126 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if suspicious activity is detected or outstanding verification requirements remain unresolved.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details they provide are accurate. as126 is not liable for any delays or losses arising from incorrect payment information submitted by the user.

4. Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability

As126 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss not caused by the gross negligence of as126.

As126's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

As126 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these terms, provision of false information, fraudulent activity, the user's own request, or at the absolute discretion of as126 without the need to provide a reason. In cases of closure due to a breach, the account balance may be forfeited upon completion of the investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through customer support. Any eligible balance will be refunded once all requirements have been met, including identity verification and the absence of any outstanding claims.

Intellectual Property

All content on the as126 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the property of as126 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from as126.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
